In less than ten years I ran 21 marathons. On top of enjoying the running friendships and fun destination marathons, I was convinced that the health benefits were undeniable. Then I started to hear about “the bell curve” in exercise. Clearly being a couch potato was bad for my health, but could excess exercise be equally dangerous?!?

A FEW WEEKS AGO, THIS CAUGHT MY ATTENTION "GINGER CONTAINS A COMPOUND THAT COULD BE UP TO 10,000 TIMES MORE EFFECTIVE THAN CONVENTIONAL CHEMOTHERAPY IN TARGETING THE ROOT CAUSE OF CANCER." I NEEDED TO KNOW MORE, BUT WAS PRETTY SURE THAT IT WAS HYPE...

I really don't have great willpower, in fact, put a flourless chocolate cake in front of me and I can do some serious damage, but I have found strategies that have made a big difference in my getting healthy habits to stick.
